I have some crackpot theories and that I'm pretty sure are spot on, so mark my words for #1 and #2 "I said it before everyone !" :

Crackpot theory #1
The Flash sideways (or whatever you call it) is a result of what happen at the end of the season 6 on the Island timeline, not the action of Juliet. So the hydrogen bomb only transport our losties back (or forward?) to 2007. There will probably be a big volcano exploding resulting of the liberation of the energy under the Island (the one that was kept at bay in the swan station and that was use in the donkey wheel).


Crackpot theory #2
Maybe the energy is what kept the Island floating ? So If the energy was released then the Island sunk at the bottom of the ocean. If the Island is not there then Desmond could have won the boat race and then married Penelope. (He wore a wedding ring on the plane if you look closely)


Crackpot theory #3
When "Man in Locke" (MIL) said to Richard Alpert "nice to see you without your chain", I think it was not reference to Richard being a slave on the Black Rock but because Richard, like MIL, do not have the chain put by Jacob anymore (Jacob being dead). As I understand, MIL was "chained" on the Island for so long by Jacod, that is why he wanted to kill him so bad.


Crackpot theory #4
If Jack did not have a pen when trying to save Charlie it was because Kate stole it to him while "Bumping on" Jack at the bathroom scene.
